Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a dedicated Electronics Technician to perform test board debugging and testing on-site in Malaysia. The role collaborates with board designers to resolve test issues and maintains inventory of components and tools.

Ideal candidates possess a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, soldering skills, and 2–3 years of experience, with fresh graduates welcome. A 12-hour shift is possible in rotating mornings and nights.

• Experience in developing and implementing standards to support operational processes.

• Test board Debug & testing.

• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.

• Responsible for test board debug & testing
• Liaise with board designer to debug test board issues
• Maintain inventory control of electronic components and tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Required skill(s): Electronics knowledge, schematic diagram, good soldering skills with 2-3 year(s) of working experience. Fresh graduate is also welcomed.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Can work on 12-hours shift (morning and night shift)
