Job summary

Promatrix DC Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant T&C Manager to lead the commissioning lifecycle for data centre projects. You will oversee site selection, vendor onboarding, and testing, while coordinating workshops, design reviews, and handover activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to travel to project sites. You will develop commissioning strategies, perform risk assessments, and ensure QA/QC standards are met across ecosystem

Qualifications

Understanding of Built Plans (M&E), Technical Literature and Equipment Manuals.
Equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Effective communication on construction progress, QA/QC and commissioning KPIs.
Willingness to work on-site or off-site and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Manage commissioning process from site selection through vendor onboarding and testing.
Plan and coordinate all testing and documentation for the project.
Develop commissioning procedures and conduct site inspections for safety, QA/QC, and commissioning processes.
Ensure quality delivery and smooth handover to client and internal teams.
Review project design for feasibility and verify equipment quality before delivery.
Coordinate test plans and scripts and oversee early-stage project requirements.
