Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to clients utilizing our robotics solutions through various channels including phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and regular maintenance of robotics solutions at client premises.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, encompassing network connectivity problems and configuration discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with senior support personnel to escalate and effectively resolve intricate technical challenges within specified timelines.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proficient utilization and upkeep of our robotics solutions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of support interactions, recording client issues and their corresponding resolutions.
• Remain abreast of industry developments and emerging best practices in robotics technology to offer informed support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Full training provided; no prior experience necessary.
• Preferably 1-2 years IT experience, especially in IT/Robotics; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
