Job summary

Accenture in Kuala Lumpur seeks a System Analyst - Credit Origination with 3–5 years of experience in Credit Origination, Loans, Cards, Credit Scoring, or Credit Risk. • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing FSDs and writing FSDs for in-house products.
• Experience writing/reviewing interface specifications (online and batch); knowledge of data mapping to external systems.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect investigation, and JIRA triage.

Job Summary

Functional System Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in Credit Origination, Loans, Cards, Credit Scoring, or Credit Risk. The role involves translating business requirements into system solutions and working with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across an in‑house Java platform and vendor products.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional/system solutions.
• Review and prepare FSDs for in‑house and vendor applications.
• Review interface specifications and data mapping for online and batch integrations.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect investigation, and JIRA triage.
• Work with Development Managers, vendors, BAs, testers, and business users.
• Investigate system issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of functional experience in Credit Origination, Loans, Cards, Credit Scoring, or Credit Risk in Retail or Corporate environments.
• Ability to understand business requirement and translate system solution/requirement (BA will be doing business requirement gathering)
• Ability to negotiate and influence
• Work with development manager
• Review FSD (prepared by vendor), Write FSD for some inhouse product
• Write/Review Interface Specs (Online and Batch - can be Unix Script, Soap API, Shell Script). Key area is to review the data mapping to external systems
• Support & Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT). TCOE does SIT planning an execution - JIRA tirage, Support investigation

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SQL query skills.
• Unix/Linux skills.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
• Experience interfacing directly with business users.
