is seeking a System Analyst (Manager Level) in Kuala Lumpur to lead the technical design, development and implementation of Openlink Endur solutions for trading, pricing, risk, settlements and reporting. You will design and develop custom Endur functionalities using JVS and OpenComponents, lead customization of deal types and reports, drive system integrations via APIs/XML and ensure data integrity, security, and scalable performance; 12–14 years in IT with Endur

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of IT/system development experience with strong Endur expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with Endur JVS, OpenComponents, and Endur customization/development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Openlink Endur solutions to support trading, pricing, risk management, settlements, and reporting requirements.
• Design and develop custom functionalities using Endur development frameworks, including JVS and OpenComponents, to support business-specific requirements.
• Lead the customization of Endur deal types, report builders, workflow automation, and custom toolkits.
• Translate functional requirements into robust and scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Design and manage integrations between Endur and external systems using APIs, XML, message queues, and other integration technologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and end-to-end connectivity across system interfaces.
• Evaluate and implement design patterns, technical solutions, and development standards to improve performance and maintainability.
• Lead technical design reviews, peer reviews, testing, and defect resolution activities.
• Analyse and optimise existing Endur customisations and code for reliability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment procedures, and system documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior Endur developers.

Position : System Analyst (Manager Level)

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Contract Duration : 6 months

Scope of Works:

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Openlink Endur solutions to support trading, pricing, risk management, settlements, and reporting requirements.
• Design and develop custom functionalities using Endur development frameworks, including JVS and OpenComponents, to support business-specific requirements.
• Lead the customization of Endur deal types, report builders, workflow automation, and custom toolkits.
• Translate functional requirements into robust and scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Design and manage integrations between Endur and external systems, including ERP, market data providers, and downstream reporting platforms using APIs, XML, message queues, and other integration technologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and end-to-end connectivity across system interfaces.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate design patterns, technical solutions, and development standards to improve system performance, scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
• Lead technical design reviews, peer reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution activities.
• Analyse and optimize existing Endur customizations and code to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment procedures, support guides, and system documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to junior Endur developers and technical team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of Endur customizations and solutions to support and maintenance teams.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Endur solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12–14 years of relevant IT/system development experience, with strong experience in Openlink Endur.
• Strong hands-on experience with Endur JVS, OpenComponents, and Endur customization/development frameworks.
• Extensive experience in Endur architecture, technical design, customization, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of Endur functional areas such as trade capture, pricing, risk calculations, settlements, and reporting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between Endur and external systems using APIs, XML, message queues, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, design patterns, coding standards, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Endur applications.
• Strong documentation and technical design capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with trading, commodities, energy, or financial systems will be an added advantage.
