Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a SWIFT Payments Engineer to maintain and provide production support for SWIFT solutions in Kuala Lumpur.

The role focuses on ensuring high availability, rapid issue resolution, and smooth operations in a secure financial services environment. You will handle Level 3 maintenance tasks, monitor SLAs, assist with deployments and patching, and work with infra, network, and security teams to troubleshoot complex problems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SWIFT Solutions: AMH, AMG, SAG (mandatory).
• Proficiency with RHEL or other Linux distros (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Control-M job scheduler (mandatory).
• Shell scripting experience (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for SWIFT solutions including AMH, AMG, and SAG.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support incident management, problem management, and service restoration activities.
• Participate in deployment activities, patching, and configuration updates.
• Ensure stability of applications on RHEL or Linux environments.
• Collaborate with infra, network, and security teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and efficiency.
• Use Control-M for job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and known issues.
