Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in environmental discipline or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant e-waste, scheduled waste or EHS experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, Data Center, manufacturing or critical facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian environmental legislation and waste-management rules.
• Experience managing contractors, recyclers and relevant documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with JLL teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-waste collection, segregation, labeling, storage and movement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and EHS requirements.
• Maintain accurate waste inventory, movement records and certificates.
• Coordinate recyclers/contractors; verify licenses and service performance.
• Maintain secure, compliant e-waste storage; manage safety risks.
• Conduct routine audits and close findings with timelines.
• Prepare monthly KPI and waste/renewable reports with trends.
• Provide training on e-waste handling and environmental awareness.
• Identify opportunities to increase recycling and efficiency.
• Support incident response for spills and improper disposal.
