JLL - Env. Executive (Environmental) in Penang, Malaysia, leads end-to-end e-waste management across facilities and client operations, ensuring safe handling, storage and disposal in line with Malaysian laws.

You will drive compliance, sustainability and continuous improvement, while coordinating with logistics and contractors to close issues on time. The role requires 3–5 years in environmental management, familiarity with EHS standards, and strong analytics for reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering, EHS or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-waste, scheduled waste, environmental management, facilities or EHS.
• Knowledge of Malaysian environmental legislation and waste-management requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of e-waste from facility and client operations per regulations.
• Drive compliance, waste reduction, and audit-ready workplace practices.
• Engage with client logistics for documentation and data for custom declarations.
• Trace BAC tickets for work closures and coordinate disposal with contractors.
