Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in environmental discipline or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant e-waste, scheduled waste or EHS experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, Data Center, manufacturing or critical facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian environmental legislation and waste-management rules.
• Experience managing contractors, recyclers and relevant documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with JLL teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-waste collection, segregation, labeling, storage and movement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and EHS requirements.
• Maintain accurate waste inventory, movement records and certificates.
• Coordinate recyclers/contractors; verify licenses and service performance.

Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of e-waste generated from facility and client operations, ensuring safe handling, segregation, storage, traceability, recycling and final disposal in accordance with JLL standards, client requirements and applicable Malaysian environmental regulations.2. Drive compliance, sustainability, waste reduction and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe and audit ready workplace.3. Engage with client logistic team for document readiness including ISM (integrated Ship Memo), incoming documents and relevant waste picture for custom declaration.4.
