Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, environmental sciences or related fields.
• Analytical, writing and verbal skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor ERM implementation.
• Develop ESG risk indicators and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate timely ERM reporting and consolidation.
• Update risk appetite statements for sustainability.
• Review policies related to sustainability and ensure implementation.
• Propose strategies balancing business with environmental goals.
• Evaluate sustainability programs and identify improvements.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for CEO and board.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Identify training needs and undertake ad hoc duties.
