Job summary

Mah Sing Group is seeking a dedicated ESG & Sustainability professional in Kuala Lumpur to plan, monitor and report on sustainability initiatives across the Group. The role supports governance and compliance, coordinating data collection, analysis and disclosures with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of Sustainability/ESG experience, with knowledge of GRI, Bursa Malaysia and IFRS Sustainability Standards, strong data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance or related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Sustainability/ESG/corporate reporting (Senior Executive level preferred).
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GRI, Bursa Malaysia, IFRS Sustainability Standards) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Good report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Sustainability and ESG initiatives across the Group.
Assist in strengthening sustainability governance, compliance and reporting.
Support preparation of annual Sustainability Report and ESG data collection/verification.
Monitor ESG data accuracy, completeness and timeliness; maintain data tracking systems.
Prepare sustainability materials for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate surveys and disclosures.
Maintain sustainability documentation, minutes, reports and governance records.
