Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a proactive Sustainability Reporting professional to help ensure the completeness and transparency of disclosures across the Group's reporting suite. You will work with the Sustainability Reporting Manager and cross-functional teams to source data, draft sections, and support ESG rating submissions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainability topics (e.g., ISSB, climate and health, inclusive insurance) and evolving landscape.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing external reporting materials in financial reporting, investor relations, consulting, or PR/communications.
• Understanding of controls in reporting processes and alignment with financial reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own aspects of the Group's annual Sustainability Report content and process.
• Assist with ESG ratings submissions and materiality processes.
• Support local disclosures and governance-related reporting.
• Coordinate data collection, drafting, and sign-off from business units.
• Maintain audit trails and verification for reported information.
• Support development of sustainability communication assets.
