You will interpret field data, collaborate with licensed land surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with local standards and company guidelines. Organize files, perform quality checks, and assist with submissions to authorities.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Geomatic / Land surveying or related.
• Minimum 2 years experience as drafter or similar role in the land surveying field.
• Language: Malay or English.

Responsibilities

• Draft survey plans, topographic maps, cadastral maps, title survey and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Interpret field data collected by survey teams and convert into technical drawings.
• Work closely with licensed land surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, technical standards, and company guidelines.
• Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback or changes in project scope.
• Organize and maintain digital drawing files and records for all projects.
• Perform basic data checking and quality assurance before submission.
• Support in preparing documentation for submissions to authorities when required.
