Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Supply Planning Support Manager in Malaysia to ensure stock availability and balance service, cost, and working capital. You will collaborate with sourcing units, suppliers, procurement, and logistics to optimize inventory and planning accuracy.

The role requires FMCG supply planning experience and proficiency with SAP and Kinaxis. You will work in a fast-paced environment, driving end-to-end planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in supply planning within FMCG.
• Experience with SAP and Kinaxis.
• Ability to manage long-term capacity interlocks and risk.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular supply planning with sourcing units and customers.
• Consolidate plans from multiple sourcing units for customer service teams.
• Review capacity and identify constraints with contingency planning.
• Manage inventory levels and lead KPI reviews with sourcing units.
• Oversee PO placement and stock levels.
• Interlock 24-month and 2-5 year capacity planning with Supply Chain.

You will be collaborating with sourcing units, suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply operations.
