Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and execute supply plans for ONTs and WiFi Beacon products within a dynamic global supply chain. You will balance demand with inventory, manufacturing capacity and material availability while driving continuous improvement with JDM/ODM partners.

The role requires 5+ years in supply planning or materials management, strong communication skills, and Mandarin language capability. A hybrid working model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Operations Engineering, Supply Chain or related majors.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning or materials management.
• Experience with multinational teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in electronics/consumer hardware/telecom with EMS/JDM/ODM suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans for Nokia's Fixed Networks portfolio, focusing on ONTs and WiFi Beacon products.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and coordinate with JDM/ODM factories and partners.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and adapt plans to changing customer demand.
• Monitor inventory, minimize excess/obsolete materials, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage supplier performance, material constraints, and lifecycle activities from ramp-up to EOL.
