Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia seeks an experienced Planner to lead Early Engagement planning and end-to-end product execution across the NPI lifecycle. You will ensure product readiness, feasibility of the build plan, and alignment of supply and demand.

The role drives cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment and operational execution, delivering on strategic priorities and continuous improvement within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in demand/supply planning, SCM, PM, or data analysis with Excel.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience building dashboards and presenting insights.

Job Description:

The Planner is responsible for leading both Early Engagement planning and end-to-end product execution across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, ensuring product readiness, build plan feasibility, supply-demand alignment, and successful delivery from concept through volume ramp.

The role drives strategic planning, risk assessment, and operational execution while serving as the primary interface between Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Units.

By managing cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks early, driving execution readiness, and ensuring alignment to business priorities, the Planner enables predictable product launches, optimized supply chain performance, and successful delivery of operational, technical, and business objectives.

The role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on execution ownership to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business impact across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, supply chain management, project management, or data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/365, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in building dashboards, charts, graphs, and presenting insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Background in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Familiarity with process and tool improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
