Responsibilities

• Collect data and prepare routine reports for management review.
• Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time; collaborate on projects or initiatives.
• Support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Deliver's end.
• Lead Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings and 4PL Business Review Meetings.
• Support audit documentation preparation and audit backroom tasks.
• Participate in initiatives and project implementations by providing ideas, data collection, and executing deliverables.
• Co-lead in project management within task forces.

Job Description

We are searching for the best talent to join our Supply Chain Deliver team, with a commitment period of 12 months.

The Protégé - Supply Chain, Deliver will support the Supply Chain Deliver team in Malaysia. This role provides a structured learning experience and drive ownership in the following areas:

Operational Excellence

• Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely. (Returns, Replacement, Penalty Payments)
• Collects data and prepares routine reports for management review.
• Work with 4PL to ensure service and order deliveries to customers on time and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
• To support PAP and PTA deliverables from Supply Chain Deliver's end.
• Leads on Weekly Operations Review Meetings, Customs Brokerage Meetings and 4PL Business Review Meetings.

Audit Preparation and Readiness

• Supports in audit documentation preparation and supporting documents.
• To support in audits by being the audit scribe/backroom support.

Project Management

• Supports initiatives and project implementations by providing ideas, suggestions, data collection, executing deliverables.
• To not only be in the task force of projects, but also co-lead in project management.
