Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Malaysia is seeking a Protégé – Market Access to support the Market Access team in Malaysia, gaining hands-on exposure to patient access programmes, pricing, tender processes, and compliance activities.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of market access operations, strong collaboration with external partners, and adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outsourced partners to oversee Patient Access Programmes for compliance and performance.
• Generate monthly and quarterly analyses for commercial and finance stakeholders.
• Assist in tender processes including preparation, coordination, and documentation submission.
• Maintain pricing information, track adjustments and discounts.
• Support global pricing platforms with data accuracy and user support.
• Prepare documentation for audits ensuring SOPs and compliance are followed.
• Assist in legal and contractual processes related to market access activities.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

We are searching for the best talent for Protégé – Market Access Purpose: The Protégé – Market Access will support the Market Access team in Malaysia, gaining hands‑on exposure to patient access programmes, pricing, tender processes, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of market access operations, strong collaboration with external partners, and adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the oversight of Patient Access Programmes (PAP) by coordinating with outsourced partners to ensure compliance, performance, and timely execution
• Monitoring programme performance and contributing to regular reporting, including monthly and quarterly analysis for commercial and finance stakeholders
• Assisting in the management of tender processes, including preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information, including tracking adjustments, discounts, and reimbursement considerations
• Supporting the management of global pricing platforms by ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and user support for internal stakeholders
• Compiling and organising documentation for audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
• Supporting legal and contractual processes related to market access activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in cross‑functional initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and strengthen market access capabilities
