Job summary

Nasty Cookie Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain & Project Maintenance Manager to lead procurement, warehousing, logistics, and QA across Malaysia and Singapore. You will oversee stock control, compliance with Halal, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000, and manage cross-border project and maintenance initiatives with the Operations team.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, tracking costs and deliverables, and driving asset maintenance schedules while ensuring safety and continuity at sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant management experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, projects or facilities.
• Procurement, inventory systems, contractor and preventive maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety and Halal requirements.
• Strong planning, negotiation and team leadership; willing to travel between JFH, Singapore and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, warehouse and logistics staff; coordinate purchasing, receiving, production supply and dispatch.
• Maintain replenishment plans, stock records, traceability, FIFO/FEFO and stocktakes.
• Monitor suppliers, shortages, delivery performance and cross-border shipments.
• Coordinate Halal, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000 requirements, renewals, documents, audits and training.
• Deliver outlet, factory, warehouse, relocation and improvement projects to scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintain asset and preventive maintenance schedules; plan downtime with Production and CQM.
• Train teams in controls, documentation and escalation; support ERP and inventory improvements.
• Report supply, QA, project and maintenance risks to the Operations Manager with clear owners.

SUPPLY CHAIN & PROJECT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Role purpose

Lead JFH supply chain and Malaysia QA/certification, plus projects and facilities maintenance across Malaysia and
Singapore. Strengthen stock control, supply continuity and site readiness with Production, the CQM and Operations Manager.

Supply Chain

• • Lead assigned procurement, warehouse and logistics staff; coordinate purchasing, receiving, production supply and dispatch.
• • Maintain replenishment plans, accurate stock records, traceability, FIFO/FEFO, temperature controls and stocktakes.
• • Monitor suppliers, shortages, delivery performance and cross-border shipments.
• • Coordinate JFH receiving with Ted, who owns China sourcing, warehousing and forwarding.
• • Support the Defu warehouse exit and FLOW transition; the CQM owns Singapore daily operations.

Malaysia QA and certification

• • Coordinate Halal, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000 requirements, renewals, documents, audits and training.
• • Work with competent staff and specialists on inspections and corrective actions; verify applicable ingredient, supplier, packaging and process approvals.
• • Maintain food safety records; elevate risks and coordinate holds, investigations, withdrawals or recalls under approved procedures.

Projects and facilities

• • Deliver approved outlet, factory, warehouse, relocation and improvement projects to agreed scope, schedule and budget.
• • Coordinate contractors and teams; track costs, changes, defects, completion and handover documents.
• • Maintain asset and preventive maintenance schedules; prioritise safety and continuity, coordinate qualified providers and plan downtime with Production and the CQM.

Team, systems and reporting

• • Train teams in controls, documentation and escalation; support ERP and inventory improvements.
• • Report supply, QA, project and maintenance risks and progress to the Operations Manager, with clear owners and timelines.

Success measures

• • Material availability, supplier performance, inventory accuracy and reduced avoidable loss.
• • Dispatch readiness; certification milestones and timely corrective-action closure.
• • Projects delivered to approved scope, schedule and budget; preventive maintenance completed, faster repairs and fewer repeat breakdowns.

Requirements

• • Relevant management experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, projects or facilities; F&B/food manufacturing preferred.
• • Practical procurement, inventory-system, contractor and preventive maintenance skills; working food safety and Halal knowledge.
• • Strong planning, negotiation, problem-solving and team leadership; able to travel between JFH, Singapore and project sites.
