Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG, a leading vacuum valve manufacturer, seeks a Supply Chain Planner to manage supplier relationships, PO execution, and on-time deliveries across global sites including Malaysia. You will ensure material availability and optimize the supply chain while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong negotiation skills, ERP and D365 proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools, preferably in D365.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Release of PO to supplier on time and follow up on delivery commitments.
• Ensure supplier delivery commitments are met and escalate when challenges arise.
• Data integrity and supply data management are maintained.
• Review Demand and Supply reports to ensure build-ready availability.
• Manage changes in requirements and PO updates with suppliers.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in related purchasing activities.

Supply Chain Planneris responsible for managing supply management of goods and services while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves managing supplier relationships, on time deliveries, and purchase order management to ensure on time deliveries in supply chain.

Yourresponsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to:

• Ensure Material Availability & Supply Chain Optimization
  • Release of PO to supplier on time and follow up on the supplier delivery commitments.
  • Ensure follow up on supplier commitment and elevate to next level if challenges faced in supply chain.
  • Data integrity and supply data management is well maintained.
  • Review Demand and Supply reports to ensure clear to build available at all time.
  • Manages changes in company's requirements and supplier delivery commitments with clear purchase order updates.
  • Support Supply chain manager in related activities with purchasing whenever needed
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualification:

• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools preferably in D365 Microsoft environment.
