Job summary

Hong Kong Sa Sa (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is looking for a Supply Chain Officer to support daily inventory planning, purchasing and replenishment activities across stores. You will monitor inventory levels by SKU, assist with purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and retail operations to ensure timely stock delivery while maintaining accurate data.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 0-2 years experience, good Excel skills and strong numerical abilities are valued in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in SCM or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels, stock movement and stock availability by SKU and store.
• Monitor Slow-Moving Merchandise (SMM), excess and ageing inventory.
• Highlight stock shortages, excess stock and slow-moving items to the supervisor for follow-up.
• Assist in monitoring inventory turnover and stock cover.
• Support stock balancing and transfer activities between stores where required.
• Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure timely updating of inventory reports.
• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders based on inventory requirements.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status.
• Assist in preparing replenishment orders based on sales and stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and retail operations to ensure timely stock delivery.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to support daily inventory planning, purchasing and replenishment activities. The role will assist in maintaining healthy inventory levels, ensuring product availability and supporting smooth stock replenishment across stores.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily inventory levels, stock movement and stock availability by SKU and store.

Monitor Slow-Moving Merchandise (SMM), excess and ageing inventory.
