Responsibilities include translating demand into material plans, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and driving supply chain improvements while building a capable team and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, planning and leadership.
• Knowledge of ERP and planning systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Supply Chain Manager

Scope: Planning, Procurement, Buyer, Materials Management & Logistics

Summary

Lead supply chain activities to ensure materials and services are available to support production and customer delivery requirements. Balance supply, demand, inventory, cost, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, procurement, materials management, and logistics activities.
• Translate demand and production requirements into material and supply plans.
• Manage supplier selection, sourcing, negotiations, performance, and risk.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, inventory levels, and excess or obsolete stock.
• Work with Operations, Planning, Finance, and suppliers to resolve supply constraints and protect shipment commitments.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, supplier delivery, purchasing cost, and supply chain efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Ensure purchasing and materials processes comply with company policies and controls.
• Develop the supply chain team and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, materials, procurement, or planning, including team leadership.
• Knowledge of ERP and planning systems, inventory management, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
