Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead end-to-end planning, inventory, logistics and customer service across Malaysia and Singapore. You will drive product availability, service excellence, and optimal stock levels while building a high-performing team.

You will report to the Operations Manager and bring a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in SCM and 3+ years in leadership. Expect collaboration with stakeholders and 3PL partners to deliver continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing environments
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing 3PL providers, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Supply Chain and Operations functions excluding production and purchasing
• Lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team across Malaysia and Singapore
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, customer service, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
• Drive product availability, service excellence, and optimal inventory levels
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and operational priorities
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and working capital
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage logistics partners and service providers
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
• Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for business planning and decision-making
• Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve capacity, operational efficiency, HSE performance, and service levels
• Report to the Operations Manager
