Job summary

Swang Chai Chuan Sdn Bhd (Mentakab) is seeking an intern in the Supply Chain field to support daily order processing and accurate data entry. The role involves monitoring inventory and logistics to ensure smooth execution of plans, and assisting in data tracking and performance reporting.

You will work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation while participating in process improvements within the invoicing workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor’s degree student in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily order processing and ensure accurate data entry into system
• Monitor inventory and logistics status to support smooth execution of supply plans
• Assist in daily data tracking and analysis, such as stock turnover, order fulfillment rate, and out-of-stock reports
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain or invoicing workflow
• Assist in generating routine supply chain performance reports
