Job summary

Lam Research in Batu Kawan, Penang, MY seeks a final-year student for a Supply Chain Intern role. You will generate daily and monthly reports using SAP, Power BI, and internal tools to support shortages mitigation and process efficiency.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor consignment and risk alerts, manage ISA reports, and perform data analysis to aid SBM decisions. Hybrid on-site flex/work model offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration or related courses.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power-BI)

Responsibilities

• Generate daily and monthly reports through SAP, Power BI and other internal tools for supply chain needs and improve process efficiency.
• Follow up with internal supply chain teams and all organization levels to gather information and push timely progress updates for shortages/mitigation plans.
• Monitor the consignment program and provide replenishment risk alerts for SBM look-ahead risk mitigation.
• Manage ISA program reports, monitoring fill rates and validating amendments and claims.
• Perform analytical tasks, analyze misalignments, prepare reports for SBM triggering.
• Maintain master data and generate reports for Commodity Needs.
• Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
