Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Chain Finance COE in Kuala Lumpur. The role balances hands-on month-end close, cost accounting and inventory valuation with leading transformation initiatives across the COE.

You will mentor a growing finance team and partner with regional business partners to deliver accurate financial results. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in operations accounting within manufacturing, strong costing knowledge, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in Operations Accounting, Cost Accounting or Financial Reporting.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment with inventory and standard costing.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of month-end close and related reporting for multiple entities.
• Perform and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and inventory valuation.
• Drive process standardization, automation and COE operating model initiatives.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to support operational decisions and performance improvements.
