Job summary

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics environment
• Exposure to import customs procedures is a distinct advantage
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock replenishment and raise purchase orders accurately and on time
• Monitor supplier commitments and resolve order discrepancies swiftly
• Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Prepare and manage shipping and regulatory documentation, including SIRIM compliance
• Drive the full RMA cycle - returns, repairs, replacements, and warranty resolutions
• Track RMA turnaround times and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate records across procurement and reverse logistics activities
