Job summary

Ambition in Subang Jaya is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist focused on Procurement, Imports and Reverse Logistics. You will manage supplier relationships, issue purchase orders, and coordinate import/export shipments with forwarders and customs brokers.

The role covers end-to-end returns, repairs, and warranty resolutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in supply chain or logistics, a degree in a relevant field, and strong English communication; you will

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, or an equivalent discipline
5–8 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics environment
Exposure to import customs procedures is a distinct advantage
Strong written and spoken English skills
Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

Oversee stock replenishment and raise purchase orders accurately and on time
Monitor supplier commitments and resolve order discrepancies swiftly
Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Prepare and manage shipping and regulatory documentation, including SIRIM compliance
Drive the full RMA cycle - returns, repairs, replacements, and warranty resolutions
Track RMA turnaround times and identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate records across procurement and reverse logistics activities
