Job summary

Anoz Group in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to manage the full supply chain cycle, from purchase order management to delivery execution.

You will prepare and update reports, handle POs from requisition to supplier selection and delivery tracking, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. You will coordinate with suppliers, sales teams and other stakeholders to arrange shipments and documentation.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any field
• Fluent Chinese and English
• At least 2 years of experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the Supply Chain report from time to time
• Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking
• Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule
• Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report
• Prepare, verify and process all necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin
• Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of company's deliveries
• Act as primary point for all deliveries related matters
• Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness, arrange shipment/delivery schedule
• Liaise with sales team to effectively plan out the deliveries
• Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities

About you

• Possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Fluent in Chinese (to support daily operation with China Branch or visit to China) and English
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
