Job summary

PXL MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a logistics support professional to assist front-end operations including invoicing, delivery orders, and daily listings for shipment.

The role involves evaluating third-party warehouse capacity, forecasting inventory, and coordinating 3PL services to ensure timely fulfillment. A bachelor’s degree and SAP familiarity are preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or any field (preferred).
• Familiar with SAP system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery orders, and daily delivery listings for shipment.
• Monitor capacity and performance of third-party warehouses to support efficiency and service quality.
• Manage outstation deliveries using third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics productivity to maintain service standards.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Assist front-end operations by preparing sales invoices, delivery orders, and daily delivery listings for shipment, while keeping the sales department informed

Monitor and evaluate the capacity and performance of third-party warehouse(s) to support operational efficiency and service quality. Inventory forecasting to enhance inventory control and meet business demand.

Manage outstation deliveries through the adoption of third-party logistics (3PL) services, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Oversee daily warehouse and logistics job productivity and fulfillment to ensure smooth operational flow and service standards

Manage ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Familiarize with SAP system will be an advantage

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
