Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst based in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role focuses on sourcing, pricing, and cost management across regional supplier networks, with emphasis on NPI involvement and TCO considerations.

You will drive supplier negotiations, monitor PPV, and support cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with customers and internal teams to optimize material value and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management.
• Understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing and pricing strategies for material quotations.
• Interface with customers and suppliers during NPI and project start-ups regarding total cost of ownership considerations.
• Develop and guide cost reduction strategies and price/cost management.
• Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and customers.
• Monitor supplier lead times and performance and mitigate shortages.
