Job summary

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Solution Analyst to join Flex PTP in Johor. The role focuses on ensuring robust reporting, supplier management, and cost optimization across sourcing activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical components and Electromechanical or related field with around six years of related experience, and will document procedures, coach team members, and contribute to ongoing supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical components and Electromechanical or related field.
• Typically requires 6 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.
• Experience in material organization to drive continuity of supply and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reports are created using a variety of tools and methods.
• Document procedures and create work instructions for other users.
• Identify opportunities for redesigning substitution to provide cost reduction and source with Flex Strategic Suppliers.
• Provide support to Flex internal teams to resolve supplier-related problems.
• Monitor commodity market conditions and adjust sourcing strategy.
