Job summary

ATX SEMICONDUCTOR (MELAKA) SDN. BHD. seeks a supplier management professional to drive qualification, onboarding, and AVL maintenance. You will plan on-site audits, evaluate results, and lead corrective actions to improve supplier performance.

The role includes maintaining supplier procedures, supporting customer audits, and overseeing green material compliance and regulatory updates. Experience in semiconductor packaging materials is advantageous.

• Lead continuous improvement projects with suppliers to boost quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification of new suppliers and onboarding processes with documentation checks.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update supplier quality management procedures and AVL records.
• Coordinate responses to customer audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor green material compliance and regulatory documentation such as ICP/SDS.

Job description

Responsible for new supplier qualification and onboarding, including documentation verification, on-site audits, and Approved Vendor List (AVL) application management.

Develop and execute supplier audit plans, evaluate audit results, and drive corrective actions to resolve identified issues.

Maintain supplier quality management procedures and conduct supplier performance evaluations.

Support and respond to customer audits.

Manage suppliers' green material compliance, maintain ICP/SDS reports, and monitor updates to regulatory and customer requirements.

Lead continuous improvement projects with suppliers to enhance product quality and supplier performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Candidates with experience in the semiconductor packaging materials industry will be highly preferred.

Knowledge of semiconductor packaging material applications and manufacturing processes is an added advantage.

Possess Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QC 080000, or VDA 6.3.

Candidates with VDA 6.3 QMC External Auditor certification will be given preference.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
