Responsibilities

• Develop strategic supplier improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier capability assessments.
• Build supplier technical capability.
• Monitor KPIs: Quality, Delivery, Cost, Lead Time and related metrics.
• Conduct capability audits and review manufacturing processes.
• Review quality systems and support FAI.
• Ensure ISO 9001/14001 standards and Lean practices.
• Lead initiatives: Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, OEE, Cycle Time reduction.

The Supplier Development Manager is responsible for developing, qualifying, and improving suppliers to achieve world-class performance in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Technology, and Sustainability (QDCTS). This role works closely with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and key suppliers to build a robust and resilient supply chain.

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience: Technical experience in semiconductor capital equipment and Gas Panel/WFE equipment related activities are highly desirable.
