Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Sr Mgr, Quality in Malaysia to lead supplier development and drive world-class quality, delivery, and cost performance across the supply chain. The role collaborates with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to build a resilient network and achieve QDCTS goals.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 10+ years of experience, plus ASQC/CQE certification is a plus, and strong MS

• ASQC, CQE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic supplier improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier capability assessments.
• Improve supplier manufacturing processes.
• Lead supplier development projects.
• Build supplier technical capability.
• Monitor KPIs including Quality (PPM), On-Time Delivery (OTD), Lead Time, Cost Reduction, Capacity Utilization, Responsiveness, Corrective Action Closure, Customer Complaints.
• Review manufacturing processes and quality systems; support First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Perform supplier audits covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean Manufacturing, Process Control, Traceability, Calibration, Risk Management, EHS compliance, Continuous Improvement.

• ASQC, CQE certification a plus.

Experience Requirement

• Work Experience: Technical experience in semiconductor capital equipment and Gas Panel/WFE equipment related activities are highly desirable.
