Job summary

UCT in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality to lead supplier development and ensure world-class performance in quality, delivery, cost, technology and sustainability. The role collaborates with procurement, supplier quality, engineering and manufacturing to build a robust supply chain.

The candidate will develop strategic supplier improvement plans, conduct capability assessments and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards.

The Supplier Development Manager is responsible for developing, qualifying, and improving suppliers to achieve world-class performance in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Technology, and Sustainability (QDCTS). This role works closely with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and key suppliers to build a robust and resilient supply chain.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• BS in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering discipline with >10 years experience.

Experience Requirement:

• Work Experience: Technical experience in semiconductor capital equipment and Gas Panel/WFE equipment related activities are highly desirable.
