KyoChon Sdn. Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support daily restaurant operations and deliver KyoChon's renowned service.

You'll prepare foods per recipes, train teammates, manage inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help with scheduling and coordination with the Outlet Manager. If you are energetic and customer-focused, join our growing team today.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, standards, and procedures
• Train and guide kitchen team members on food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and minimize food wastage
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Assist in team scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and report any stock shortages or issues to management
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Ensure all team members follow safety, sanitation, grooming, and appearance standards
• Support the Assistant Kitchen Manager / Outlet Manager when required
