Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd is hiring a Supervisor (Wine & Alcohol Industry) for The Chamber at Lalaport. You will assist the Store PIC in daily store operations and lead the retail team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include coaching, product knowledge training, stock control, cashier duties, cash handling and POS accuracy, and enforcing SOPs, housekeeping and Visual Merchandising standards.

Job description

Supervisor (Wine & Alcohol Industry)- The Chamber

Assist Store PIC in managing daily store operations and retail team members.

Ensure outlet opening/closing, keys, security, CCTV and overall store readiness.

Ensure sufficient manpower and prepare monthly duty rosters.

Lead, coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve sales targets.

Conduct regular product knowledge and customer service training.

Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure team compliance with SOPs.

Ensure outlet cleanliness, housekeeping and Visual Merchandising standards.

Monitor stock levels, stock movement, inventory accuracy and conduct stock takes.

Handle cashier duties, including cash/credit payments, vouchers and accurate transactions.

Ensure cash float and daily sales collections are accurately recorded and secured.

Monitor staff attendance, clock-in/out and staff movement records.

Update Cap Plan, SCORE, sales targets and monthly/annual sales budgets.

Work closely with Store PIC and Merchandising team on manpower, stock and operational matters.

Identify operational issues and provide improvement solutions.

Assist with projects and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
