Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in running daily outlet operations. You will handle cash, daily reports, promotions, and supervise staff while ensuring excellent customer service and customer rapport.

You will contribute to sales growth, maintain accurate cash records, promote promotions, and assist in display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the outlet.

Qualifications

• Retail or outlet operations experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and daily reporting.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
