Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supervisor for Quality Control & Packing (Production) in Sepang. The role involves supervising packing workers, organizing materials per packing plan, and ensuring checks on Group Leaders and Inspectors are performed accurately.

The incumbent will train operators, enforce packing procedures, maintain clean storage and packing areas, and handle probationary evaluations. Working on rotation shifts (7AM-7PM/7PM-7AM) is required, with location at Sepang.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field or relevant studies preferred.
• SPM leavers with some supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on rotation shift (7AM-7PM/7PM-7AM).

Responsibilities

• 1. Supervise packing workers to perform tasks according to written work instructions.
• 2. Place and arrange packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.
• 3. Verify and monitor the work completed by Group Leaders and Inspectors.
• 4. Handle and follow up on problems raised by Group Leaders.
• 5. Check and review all checklists and reports submitted by Group Leaders and subordinates on a timely basis.
• 6. Provide on-the-job training to Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders, and other operators.
• 7. Implement and enforce packing procedures and packing methods in daily operations.
• 8. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in storage, packaging, online, and final packing areas.
• 9. Store, label, and segregate products properly in designated areas.
• 10. Conduct appraisals for workers during the probationary period.
