Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Supervisor in Kulai, Johor to assist the Store Manager in overall outlet operations and drive sales. You will handle daily cash, reports, promotions, and ensure excellent customer service while supervising staff and maintaining store standards.

The role focuses on accurate cash handling, in-store merchandising, and responsive customer support to build strong rapport and achieve outlet targets.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
