Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee is seeking a Supervisor for our Lakefields outlet. You will be responsible for creating staff schedules, supervising and training team members to uphold service standards, and assisting with outlet cost control and stock management.

You’ll oversee daily cafe operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates have at least SPM/O-Level and prefer applicants with 1 year of Team Lead or Crew Leader experience.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.
