Job summary

Bask Bear Coffee in Ayer Keroh, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to manage daily cafe operations, staff scheduling, and guest service. You will help ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and uphold the outlet’s standards.

The role requires at least an SPM / O-Level and a minimum of 1 year of team leadership experience; training will be provided. EPF, SOCSO, medical benefits, and a friendly working environment are included.

Supervisor Job Scope:
