Kate Spade New York in Malaysia is seeking a stylish Stylist to guide customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will share brand storytelling, demonstrate looks across handbags, ready-to-wear, and accessories, and help customers build complete outfits.

You will greet guests, listen to needs, and provide expert styling advice while guiding them through purchases and ensuring a seamless checkout experience, both in-store and online as applicable.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal/communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently with strong product knowledge.
• Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, create complete looks, and demonstrate wear options.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
