HELP University seeks an Event Coordinator to support student recruitment, engagement, and brand-building activities across Open Days, campus visits, education fairs and external events. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and academic faculties to deliver events that meet defined objectives and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the education sector in event management, with proven project planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate events that support student recruitment, engagement, and brand-building efforts (Open Days, campus visits, education fairs, signature events, venue rentals).
• Work with School Marketing, Sales, Academic Faculties, and other departments to deliver events and meet objectives.
• Manage event logistics: venue booking, transport, accommodation, AV, catering, registration, goodie bags, and deployment of student helpers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Registry, Maintenance, CIC, Security, Transportation, departments) for smooth execution.
• Assist in sourcing external vendors, suppliers, and service providers and ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Track budgets and expenditures with proper documentation and procurement compliance.
• Manage promotional collateral and inventory (brochures, flyers, forms, merchandise, goodie bags).
• Develop event schedules, operation plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
• Collect post-event feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure events are executed professionally and safely per institutional guidelines.
