Job summary

Skin Renew International (M) Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a proactive enrolment consultant to promote beauty courses and training programs. You will generate inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, and provide clear information on course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.

You will follow up with prospective students, conduct campus visits, and aim to achieve monthly enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating with students and parents.
• Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and CRM systems.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in education, beauty, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote the college's beauty courses, programs, and training packages.
• Generate new student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, events, and walk-ins.
• Respond to enquiries and provide clear information on course details, fees, duration, schedules, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
• Conduct campus visits and course consultations for prospective students and parents.
• Achieve monthly student enrolment and sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Assist students with registration, enrolment, payment arrangements, and required documentation.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet enrolled.
• Participate in education fairs, beauty events, open days, and other promotional activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales and enrolment reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional courses or advanced beauty training to existing students.
