Job summary

WPA Partners Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a Structural/Infrastructure Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to join a growing team. You will plan, design, and coordinate civil and structural projects, liaising with clients and authorities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in structural or infrastructure design.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
More than 5 years of relevant experience welcomed.
Experience with high-rise building projects is an added advantage.
Experience in engineering software (Orion, RAM Concept, Etabs, Prokon, Zeon Earth, Civil 3D, BIM, AutoCAD) is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, supervise, and manage civil and structural engineering projects.
Prepare and review engineering designs and technical drawings.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure deliverables meet technical standards, quality and safety requirements.
Resolve technical issues and provide lifecycle support.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and monitor progress.
Commit to deadlines and be available for tasks beyond regular hours if required.
