Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Structural Clerk of Work for a high rise property developer. You will supervise structural construction works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards, and inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, precast, and steel elements.

With a Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management and at least 3 years of site supervision, you will coordinate with consultants and contractors, monitor progress, and prepare

• Minimum 3 years experience in structural site supervision, Clerk of Works or construction quality inspection.
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial or mixed development projects is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and with consultants and contractors.
