Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our ALCO/Finance leadership team. You will coordinate ALCO/ASC secretariat duties, contribute to capital planning, and support ICAAP and stress testing to ensure financial resilience and optimal deployment of resources.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree/Professional qualification in accounting or finance.
• Self-starter with curiosity and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support functions to ALCO and ASC.
• Develop and recommend risk-return strategies for balance sheet management.
• Collaborate with Global Treasury Malaysia on liquidity and benchmarks.
• Coordinate ICAAP and Stress Test activities.
• Coordinate and review recovery plans and CFP testing.
• Lead capital planning and issuance initiatives.
• Act as the Department's Compliance Officer.
