Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a high-calibre professional to support ALCO governance, capital planning, and risk management across balance sheet operations. You will collaborate with Global Treasury Malaysia to assess liquidity and performance benchmarks while coordinating ICAAP and stress testing exercises.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to drive responsible capital deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support to ALCO and ASC committees.
• Develop risk-return optimisation strategies for balance sheet management and deployment of financial resources.
• Collaborate with Global Treasury Malaysia on liquidity strategy and benchmarks.
• Coordinate ICAAP and stress testing activities.
• Coordinate and review recovery plans (CFP) and related testing.
• Lead capital planning and issuances/redemptions for the Bank.
• Serve as the Department's Compliance Officer.
